Product Information

All displayed goods are finished physical exhibition supplies. Product size, material, specifications and quantity are clearly marked on each product page.

Minor natural differences in color and texture of finished products shall not be regarded as defective quality issues.

Price & Payment Terms

All displayed commodity prices are final settlement prices. No hidden extra charges will be added during order processing.

Full payment is required upon order submission, and valid payment constitutes the official confirmation of the transaction.

Free Shipping Service

All orders enjoy free standard delivery service. OMROK LTD covers all standard shipping fees for dispatched goods.

Goods will be arranged for shipment within 4 working days after successful order verification.

Order Confirmation & Processing

Submitted order information will be verified within 24 working hours. Customers shall guarantee the accuracy of contact and delivery details.

Unconfirmed orders without valid information will be suspended automatically after 7 calendar days.

Return & Refund Terms

Customers may submit a legitimate return application within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving goods.

The first return request is eligible for free return shipping. Subsequent returns will be assessed based on actual situations.

After returned goods pass inspection, refunds will be processed within 7 working days, and actual fund arrival takes 3 to 7 working days depending on payment channels.

Liability & Responsibility

OMROK LTD takes full responsibility for product safety and quality before goods leave the warehouse.

Loss or damage caused by improper use, collision, wrong storage or personal modification after receipt shall be borne by the buyer.

All inquiries, messages and disputes will receive formal and clear responses within 14 calendar days upon receipt.

Order and shipping records are securely stored for 12 months for official verification and management.
