Refund and Returns Policy

Policy Effectiveness

This refund and returns policy takes effect immediately after online publication, applicable to all physical product purchase orders placed with OMROK LTD.

All return and refund behaviors shall abide by the clauses stipulated in this official policy.

Valid Application Period

Customers may submit legitimate return or refund application within 14 calendar days counting from the date goods are received.

Applications raised beyond the specified time range will not be accepted for routine verification.

Return Shipping Regulation

The first return or exchange application enjoys free return shipping service.

Shipping fees for subsequent repeated return requests will be assessed and confirmed according to actual practical situations.

Eligible Return & Exchange Conditions

Customers can apply for return or exchange under the following legitimate conditions:

1. Products received with factory quality defects, including damage, breakage, missing parts or factory production errors.

2. Wrong item delivery, incorrect product model, size or quantity inconsistent with the order details.

3. Severe functional failure or structural problems that affect normal use of the exhibition products.

4. Outer package damage caused by logistics transportation that greatly affects product appearance and usage.

5. Any abnormal product problems confirmed and verified by official after-sales inspection.

Return Goods Requirements

Goods applied for return shall keep intact original appearance, complete outer package and attached accessories without artificial damage, stain or scratch.

Used goods with obvious wear marks do not meet basic return assessment standards and cannot be approved for return process.

Refund Processing & Arrival Time

After returned goods arrive at our warehouse and pass official quality inspection, refund approval will be finished within 7 working days.

The fund will be transferred back to the original payment account, and the actual arrival time is within 3 to 7 working days depending on different payment channels.

All refund related order records will be safely stored for 12 months for regular inquiry check.

Non-Returnable Circumstances

Products damaged by improper use, collision, wrong storage or personal modification cannot apply for return or fund repayment.

Minor normal color and texture difference of finished goods will not be regarded as valid return reason for refund application.

Manually damaged, artificially worn, or partially disassembled products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Communication Response Rule

All consultation and dispute messages about return and refund affairs will be replied formally within 14 calendar days upon receipt.

Policy Update Regulation

The company reserves the right to adjust policy contents according to actual business operation and relevant industry norms.

Revised clauses will be displayed on this page and come into force right after release.
